Vidyavan International School
At Vidyavan International School, rules and regulations are designed to create a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment that supports the academic and personal growth of every student. Parents, students, and staff are expected to cooperate in upholding these guidelines.
School Timings & Attendance
- Students must arrive at school at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Regular attendance is compulsory. A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion.
- Late arrival without valid reason may lead to disciplinary action.
- Absence must be informed in advance or through a written note on return.
- Medical leave exceeding three days must be supported by a medical certificate.
School Uniform
- Wearing the prescribed school uniform is mandatory on all working days and during school events.
- Uniform must be neat, clean, and complete.
- Students must wear the proper uniform shoes and socks.
- No jewelry, fancy accessories, or makeup is allowed.
- Hair must be neatly groomed; boys’ hair should be short and girls’ hair properly tied.

Discipline & Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain courtesy, honesty, and respect toward teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Any form of bullying, misbehavior, or abusive language is strictly prohibited.
- Students must follow instructions given by school authorities at all times.
- Damage to school property will be penalized, and repair costs must be borne by parents.
- Serious misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion.
Academic Responsibility
- Students must complete classwork, homework, and assignments on time.
- Regular participation in tests, exams, and class activities is compulsory.
- XUse of unfair means during examinations will lead to strict disciplinary action.
- Parents are encouraged to monitor their child’s academic progress regularly.
Fee Payment
- School fees must be paid on or before the due dates mentioned by the school.
- Late payment may attract a fine.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable.
- The school reserves the right to withhold report cards or discontinue services in case of prolonged non-payment.

Health & Safety
- Students should come to school in good health.
- Parents must inform the school about any medical condition or allergy.
- The school will provide basic first aid; however, in case of emergencies, parents will be informed immediately.
- Students are not allowed to bring sharp objects, medicines, or hazardous items to school.
School Transport
- Students using school transport must follow bus rules strictly.
- Misbehavior in the school bus may result in withdrawal of transport facility.
- Any change in transport route or stoppage must be informed in writing.
Mobile Phones & Electronic Items
- Mobile phones, smart watches, and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
- If brought accidentally, the school will confiscate the item and return it only to parents.
- The school is not responsible for loss or damage of prohibited items.

Parent–School Communication
- Parents are requested to attend all parent-teacher meetings.
- Communication should be done through the official school diary, website, or office.
- Parents must avoid disturbing classes during school hours.
Leave & Holidays
- Leave applications must be submitted in advance.
- Long leave during academic sessions is discouraged.
- Students returning after extended leave must complete pending academic work.

- The school management reserves the right to modify or update rules and regulations as and when required.
- All updates will be communicated through official channels.
