Admissions
Vidyavan International School follows a transparent and structured admission process in accordance with CBSE guidelines. Admissions are granted based on eligibility, assessment, and availability of seats.
Online Examination
As part of the admission process, students may be required to appear for an online entrance/assessment test (where applicable).
- The online examination assesses basic understanding of age-appropriate subjects
- Test links and schedules are shared with parents in advance
- The assessment helps identify the child’s learning level and academic readiness
- For lower classes, interaction or observation may be conducted instead of a formal test
Admission Procedure
The admission process includes the following steps:
- Enquiry and registration through the school office or website
- Submission of the duly filled admission form with required documents
- Online examination / interaction (as applicable)
- Verification of documents
- Confirmation of admission subject to seat availability
- Payment of admission fees within the stipulated time
Eligibility
- Admission is granted based on age criteria and previous academic records
- Age eligibility is followed as per CBSE norms
- Transfer Certificate (TC) and previous report card are mandatory for admission to higher classes
- Students transferring from other boards must submit relevant documents
Fees
- The fee structure is decided by the school management and communicated to parents at the time of admission
- Fees must be paid within the prescribed timelines
- Once paid, fees are non-refundable as per school policy
